|If you are having trouble with a DVD or CD product, be sure to check the FAQ's before returning them. There could be a problem with your player (particularly older players), or the CD/DVD could simply need to be cleaned. Messy fingerprints alone can keep a DVD or CD from working.
Unlike many online retailers, we do allow returns on unopened DVDs and CDs. However, all returns on CDs and DVDs and may incur up to a 50% restocking fee.
Selected special sale items such as physical CDs are non-returnable: all sales for those items are final.
You can return unopened DVDs or CDs that are still in new, working condition, or were damaged before you received them, if they are postmarked within 30 days of your order. YOU MUST CONTACT email@example.com for instructions on returning items, and include your invoice number, name, & address, and the reason for the return. We will contact you via email with instructions.
Refunds (minus the re-stocking fee) are available only on products returned unopened in new condition.
Customers are responsible for any and all shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Customers are responsible for the product until the package is received at our offices.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. We'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return.
You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary page in your account. If the return and refund do not appear in your account within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
