Licensing Terms for Rehearsal Recordings

These are the terms for making rehearsal copy CDs & files, like mp3s. You must actually purchase the product that is produced by God's Kids Worship, and published by either Agnes Day Music or Sky Taylor Music, then separately purchase a license.

Master Recording and Mechanical Reproduction License
FOR REHEARSAL ONLY

Upon payment as specified at godskidsworship.com, a copy of the paid receipt to be provided on demand that can be corroborated by records at the website by God’s Kids Worship/Creative Ministries Project, you are hereby issued a limited audio master recording license and limited audio mechanical reproduction license for any/all of the songs and recordings contained on the product specified on the receipt.

You are hereby permitted to make audio CD and portable audio file “rehearsal” copies (such as mp3s). The number of rehearsal copies you can make is calculated using the total number of individuals that will receive the recordings or files as indicated on your receipt(s). If you need more copies than the number you paid for, you must pay for an additional license on the website.

You are only permitted to make the copies for a certain performance or series of performances, and for a single group of performers. You may not charge for the copies, except to cover actual expenses of hard materials such as CDs. You must use the recordings in their entirety, as presented in the product you purchased from God's Kids Worship. You may not edit, remove elements or sections, or add to the recordings. As an example, you may not make new recordings by replacing the vocals with your own for any purpose other than a live performance, or use the instrumental or vocal tracks in other projects.

Your paid receipt is proof of payment, along with a copy of this license.

THE INTENT OF THIS LICENSE IS THAT COPIES ARE ONLY TO BE USED FOR REHEARSAL & PERFORMANCE PURPOSES, AND NOT FOR SALE EXCEPT AS ALLOWED BY YOUR CCLI LICENSE. THEY CANNOT BE USED AS SOURCE MATERIAL FOR EDITS, UNDERSCORES, SAMPLING, OR ANY OTHER PURPOSE.

Failure to comply with the terms of this license makes it difficult for the songwriters to earn a living to support themselves and their families, and you could subject to fines and penalties based on violations of US Copyright law.
