Master Recording and Mechanical Reproduction License

Upon payment as specified at godskidsworship.com, a copy of the paid receipt to be provided on demand that can be corroborated by records at the website by God’s Kids Worship/Creative Ministries Project, you are hereby issued a limited audio master recording license and limited audio mechanical reproduction license for any and all of the songs and recordings contained on the product specified on the receipt.

You are hereby permitted to make audio CD and portable audio file “rehearsal” copies (such as mp3s) in a quantity based on the amount that you paid for on the godskidsworship.com website, and is indicated on your receipt. If you need more copies than the number you paid for, you must pay for an additional license on the website.

Your paid receipt(s) is/are your proof of payment, along with a single copy of this license.

The number of rehearsal copies you can make is based on the number of individuals that will receive the recordings or files. As an example, if you have purchased a license for 30 additional copies, you may only distribute a number of mp3 files and CDs that totals no more than 30. If you perform one year, and then perform again the following year, you must purchase additional licenses the following year

The intent of this license is that copies are only to be used for rehearsal purposes, and not for sale (except as allowed by your CCLI license), or as source material for edits, underscores, sampling, or any other purpose.

You may include recordings of performances of these songs on CDs & DVDs that are permitted by your CCLI license. Any broadcast, cablecast, webcast or other performance that is subject to performance rights licensing should refer to the song information file on the original product, or contact info@godskidsworship.com.

You are only permitted to make the copies for a certain performance or series of performances, and for a single group of performers. You may not charge for the copies, except to cover expenses of hard materials such as CDs if you choose. You must use the recordings in their entirety; you may not edit, remove elements or sections, or add to the recordings. As an example, you may not make new recordings by replacing the vocals with your own, or use only the instrumental tracks in other projects.
